本节课选自新目标课标版九年级全一册Unit 7: Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes. (2a-2e) ，是一节阅读课。本节课学习目标的确立的依据是课程标准五级技能要求，教材分析，学情分析和考试大纲。主要教学过程分为pre-reading, While-reading, Post-reading三个主要环节，围绕学习目标和核心话题“hobbies and schoolwork”，共设计了pridiction (pre-reading); fast-reading (get the main idea and the main structure), careful-reading (get the detailed informain such as ath about Liu Yu, his parents' opinions, his opinions ,etc.), retelling; talk show & discussion (post-reading) 五个教学活动和对应的评价标准以评价学生目标达成的效度。整个教学过程衔接自然，具有完整性和整体性，注重学生的学习过程，阅读能力和思维能力的培养，注重学习方法，阅读策略的指导，注重对学生的启发，引导。能关注每个活动和阶段学生的表现并及时调整自己的教学策略和方法，同时结合学生自身的生活实际，总结提升，在用中学，在学中用。在阅读策略的指导下，阅读活动层层展开，循序渐进，整个教学过程中力求达到教学评的一致性。
